Sooner or later the devil too answers his subject’s prayers, but having a devilish sense of humor (could’nt resist :p ) and having to deal with pressure from the holy side he only grants a percentage of what his worshippers ask… case and point: I’m sure the RIAA and MPAA have been praying for ages that people like me would just drop dead, hopefully in a very agonizing and painful way… but all that’s happened was I took ill for a little while and am now back to be a thorn in the MAFIAA b@stards side again!
Oh! And there’s so much to write about because evil has not been idle… it never is really, but it seems like good has been holding it’s own this week!
Let’s start with a victory for good and a kick in the head for the evil slimy scumbags at the RIAA:
Michigan has passed a law that states companies like MediaSentry _must_ have a private investigator license, a serious setback for the RIAA trying to extortionate people in the state of Michigan.
Seeing that their protection racket is in jeopardy, the RIAA have brought out there best “word-twisters”, also known as high priced lawyer scumbags, and have filed a reply stating that the new law should not apply to them as they are only hiring the services of a company in Michigan (MediaSentry) while they are infact not in the state of Michigan themselves… these are the kind of scumbags who would defend a rapist saying: “Your honor, our client is mentally unstable and in that day in question when the woman under him was crying and saying ‘stop’, in his mind it was translated to ‘harder…harder’ thus we ask you to dismiss the case against him and transfer him to the care a low security mental facility, moreover he held that knife to her throat as a joke but never really meant to hurt anyone… and we have experts (who also consult for MediaSentry) who will back up what we say..”.
Hopefully the judge will lodge a boot so far up their ….well, you know.., that they will be tasting leather for breakfast for a long time.
MediaSenty’s woes do not end there, a student studying in the university of Michigan has filed papers stating that MediaSentry has been violating the law for years in Michigan, and that its violations are felonies, and calling for a criminal prosecution!
Finally someones taking the lead and trying to get the law to put a stamp on these peoples files with "CRIMINAL" in big f**king block letters!
